Stash Report Week 17

Used this week: 0 yards
Used YTD: 75.75 yards

Added this week: 4 yards
Added YTD: 21 yards

Net:  -51 yards

Good thing we don't count books on stash or I would be in trouble. You just gotta buy them when you find them!

Busy week although not much of it was spent sewing.
Worked on Granny Square Blocks, almost enough for 2 quilts.

and this:

First outdoor get-together today! Finally....the never-ending winter has given us a break. The grill is out, deviled eggs made and burgers ready for the grill. Outta here!

Check everyone out at Patchwork Times. Truly a talented group!

Stash Report Week 16

I'm actually on a roll this morning but remembered to post. Yeah!

Used this week:6 yards
Used YTD: 75.75 yards

Added this week: 0 yards
Added YTD: 17 yards

Net:  -55 yards

The weather is again not so nice. Needed to make something "Springy". This is my go to Tablerunner when I want something quick.

Finished this morning:

I'll stitch the binding tonight during "Call the Mdiwife".

I think I forgot to post "Wild Child". Here he is. Finished and gifted.

I am such a fan of the out of the dryer "crinklyness" of a completed quilt.
Now back to the studio, but you need to check out the others at Patchwork Times! I did!

As Always,

Deb

Stash Report Week 15

In the spirit of catching up and NOT giving up.....

Used this week(month):5 yards
Used YTD: 69.75 yards

Added this week(month): 2.5 yards
Added YTD: 17 yards

Net:  -49 yards

Worked on a lot of things this month but no completions. This was the last Round Robin month for the guild and this was mine to add the last border. I like how it turned out, the stars are 3" and there may be more of those in my future. Loved doing them!

And then I got to see mine....
These are not colors I normally use. I won them at a trunk show last fall and now they are a completed top. I think I will quilt and bind it and use it as a summer table topper. It is so fun and fresh. Secretly, I was pleased that someone had "copied" my idea with the embroidery. It is the sheerest form of flattery, you know. (giggles)

These are the other 2 that I worked on. All said and done, I think everyone was pleased at how they turned out!

Our next guild project is 4 FQ's and the item is to be no larger than lap size. That stipulation is because of our over-achievers in the group. lol I have always wanted to do Plan C form Schnibbles Times Two, this may be the perfect opportunity.

I backed and quilted the Tribeca (Wild Child) and presented it to the person retiring. Now he can nap!

Now go see the others reduce their stash! Patchwork Times , such inspiration!

As Always,

Deb
